Our remuneration packages payable to our personnel are in accordance with the appropriate wage Determinations – from time to time. Our company implements incentive programs based on attendance, productivity, dress, disciplines & professional conduct by the team. These guidelines are carefully monitored and any lapses or transgressions taking place could result in part of the incentive being withdrawn. Double time is paid for Sundays and Gazetted public holidays.
